ALTO Design

The Pepco office is a workspace designed for the leading European retailer to accommodate a growing team of 20 to 28, organized around an open‑plan floor with height‑adjustable workstations. The plan brings together a 10–12 pax conference room, two 6‑pax meeting rooms, acoustic phone booths, and a reception lounge in place of a traditional front desk, complemented by layered breakout zones, that give the floor varied rhythm and posture. A generous pantry with café‑style tables, a high ledge with stools, and full appliance line supports daily use, while dedicated product display areas (shelving bays, pegboard, and locked vitrines) turn brand presence into a functional moment for internal reviews and vendor visits. Support spaces, such as lockers and utility/print room are tucked away to support a tidy environment. A calm material palette was used for the project, with blue, the corporate color and accents of purple contrasting over the warmth of the timber used over the doors, and horizontal surfaces, producing an office that is efficient, brand‑forward, and built to scale.
